Medical Caduceus Necklace. 

There is so much going on to make this a very unique piece of jewelry. The focal piece is a book shaped WWII sweetheart locket featuring a medical caduceus on the front. This is a very rare piece. It used to open but I have wired it shut because it would no longer stay closed. There is a religious connecter piece, a charm with a face on it, mixed colors of metal chains, faux pearls, metal beads, and a little piece of hardware (miniature hinge or pull perhaps?) all coming together to create a fabulous statement necklace. There is so much character in this design and many silent stories to be told. It measures aprox 26” to bottom of locket .
